On-Site Estimator
A dedicated Aureus Group team member will be stationed full-time at your dealership to handle all estimates, scheduling, and coordinating repairs. All you have to provide is the workspace and basic resources for seamless operation.

Estimate and Scheduling
Our Estimator schedules estimate appointments, enters customer information into your system, provides estimates, and arranges repair drop-offs and pick-ups.

Towing and Repair Coordination
Our estimator coordinates with Aureus Towing to transport vehicles to our repair shops (at our cost). A customer service representative maintains ongoing communication with customers during the repair process.

Return and Commission
Once repairs are complete, the vehicle is transported back to your dealership for customer pickup. The Aureus Group handles all billing and collecting from vehicle owners and insurance companies. Our Estimator guarantees accurate revenue tracking in your DMS, ensuring you get paid a commission on every repair that comes through the dealership.
